Albion Realty is a Georgia formed and registered Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Company was incorporated in the year 2000 and is the brainchild of two Atlanta Business Owners who jointly brought to Albion Realty over 60 years of Real Estate experience. This Real Estate experience encompasses all aspects of the business, both Residential and Commercial and involves the 'hands-on' aspect along with the business aspect since both 'partners' renovate, build and develop properties for their own accounts. One 'partner' is also a licensed Contractor in the State of Georgia and runs a Construction Company in conjunction with Albion Realty.

During these 60 years both 'partners' have been involved with purchasing properties both residential and commercial, land purchases, land development, land rezoning for alternative use, property renovation and remodeling, property leasing (renting) both residential and commercial, property management both residential and commercial, property sales both residential and commercial, and land sales.
